Photography Package Terms & Conditions
1. Image Style & Editing
All images are delivered in a consistent 3:2 aspect ratio and edited to reflect the true presentation of the property. Colour correction is included to ensure tones appear natural and accurate.
The following are not included unless specifically added to the booking:
- Sky replacements
- Virtual grass
- Object or furniture removal
- General image clean-up
2. Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revisions as stated at booking.
Included revisions apply to:
- Colour balance adjustments
- Exposure or brightness tweaks
Revisions do not include:
- Item removal (large or small)
- Decluttering
- Sky or grass changes
- Re-editing beyond the original scope
All revision requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Requests outside this timeframe are chargeable.
3. Decluttering & Object Removal
Decluttering is not included in any photography package.
Full room declutter: $40 per image
Small item removal (1–4 items): $15 per image
- This applies to items such as benchtop clutter, clothing on floors, small yard items, or similar.
4. Virtual Twilight
Virtual twilight images are available as a paid add-on at $30 per image and must be requested.
5. Property Condition
Properties must be shoot-ready at the scheduled time.
The following will remain visible in final images:
- Overgrown lawns
- Uncleaned mess inside the home
- Unprepared rooms
TGR Studios does not edit grass, clean interiors, or declutter unless included in or added to the booking.
6. Access & Shoot Day Responsibility
The agent is responsible for:
- Ensuring property access (keys, lockbox, codes)
- Confirming property status (tenanted, owner-occupied, vacant)
- Ensuring pets are secured
- Property cleanliness
If access cannot be gained, or the shoot must be rescheduled due to access issues and or the property not being photography ready, a reschedule fee may apply.
7. Turnaround Time
Photography is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Delivery is often sooner but 24 hours is the stated timeframe.
